Though it may have been short, the Fall season is upon us and that means it’s time for our annual Friendsgiving dinner! We’ll gather at the church for the meal - address is 917 14 Avenue SW starting at 6:30pm.
It's summertime in the city and we're overdue for another Community Dinner together. For this one we'll be meeting at "Picnic Grove" on St. Patrick Island.

We're excited for a great night together, and all you have to bring is yourself and something shareable to eat or drink (and maybe a light jacket in case it cools down in the evening). There are small fire pits there so we should be okay to cook over the fire if you're bringing something that needs a little heat.
Once you know what you're bringing, feel free to share it in the comments below so we can try not to overlap too much on food.
All are welcome, and you're free to invite friends out or bring people with you.
Our kids team is excited to be hosting a “Pop Up Party in the Park” on August 17, 2019 from 10AM - 12PM. Address is: 1236 16th Avenue SW. It’ll be a fun family event for those in our church and our community and we’re looking forward to having a fun morning out at the park. The bounce castle will be out, there will be games, crafts, and some fun puppet shows and entertainment from the kids “JCSQUAD” team. It’s a great opportunity to get to know those in the community and have some fun at the same time.
