NUMBER 1: Launch the teaching workshop by the end of April
Idea created by Richard Paul to help develop those who are not yet ready to be on the team but want to develop their musical skills. This will consist of group lessons and online resources.
This will exist alongside the harmony class and rolling vocal position.
NUMBER 2: Each team has an active MD on their team by April
MD Team 1 – Sarah (for now), Team 2 (Matthew), Team 3 (Jesse), Team 4 (Matthew)
We need to figure out what microphone we are using for this and how to move it around the stage easily. We need to start training people to take on the MD position.
NUMBER 3: Team leaders will put out the setlists up at least a week in advance (the Wednesday before practice).
When the set us up the team leaders will text the teams to let them know it is up as well as send notes and resources for any specific parts they want the team to play. Once the set is up the goal is to have keys finalized by Friday.
NUMBER 4: Complete the two written original songs and write two new ones
Writing day set for Feb 23rd, 2026.
We will set another one before the end of the trimester on the 23rd
